What is your motivation everyday to keep work going?

Career development and the need to keep learning and improving.

What is the longest/shortest timeline it has taken you to close a Real estate deal?

Sales and marketing. Being an introvert, marketing has always been a challenge for me, but I try to focus on the positive part of it, which is meeting new people and expanding my network.

If you could change one law or regulation in the real estate industry, what would it be and why?

The real estate industry, especially in Abuja, is overly saturated. If I could implement any regulation, it would be to implement a license which would require a strict scrutiny and verification process before any entity could be granted the license to start a real estate development company. This would reduce lots of scams going on in the industry and better strengthen the confidence of purchasers.

If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be and why?

That would be Steve Jobs. Founder of Apple. I would love to listen to how he was able to build a business that is still greatly thriving even after his demise.

Outside of work, what's a cause or hobby you're passionate about?

I love fashion. I love to put pieces together for myself and even style friends and family occasionally. Tried learning sewing once but that was too much of a hassle.

What's your secret talent that has nothing to do with law?

I honestly don’t think I have a secret talent. I’m just a really soft babe. (Lol)
