Balancing health (both & mental) while managing work commitments can be challenging, but it is important. I rest as much as I can, and also exercise everyday – mostly workouts. I’m also very mindful of my nutrition. Prioritize my tasks and break them into smaller chunks to manage workload and avoid getting overwhelmed. This helps me manage stress.
